DTF Transfers Now Available!

I now offer professional application of DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers to apparel! DTF is a high-quality method where designs are printed onto a special film and then heat pressed onto fabric. These transfers offer bold colors, great durability, and work beautifully on a variety of materials like cotton, polyester, and blends. This is also a faster alternative to embroidery, making it perfect for detailed designs or larger orders on a tight timeline.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Initial Inquiry - Reach out to me about your embroidery project. Give me as much detail as possible—design ideas, garment type, quantity, timeline, and any other relevant information. I’ll review everything and follow up to finalize the details.

2. Quote & Deposit - Once the project details are confirmed, I’ll send over a quote. If everything is looking good, I will send over a contract. For all orders over $100, a 50% deposit is required before production begins.

3. Digitizing & Proof - After the deposit and signed contract is received, I’ll begin digitizing your design and preparing it for embroidery. I’ll send you a proof (a sample stitch-out) for your approval.

4. Approval Form - Before full production begins, you'll need to sign an approval form confirming that the design meets your expectations.

5. Production - Once the design is approved, production will begin.

6. Final Payment & Pickup - As soon as your order is complete, I’ll notify you that it’s ready for pickup. The remaining balance is due in full at that time, before delivery or pickup.

What items can you embroider?

I can embroider a wide range of items, including hats, shirts, jackets, bags, and more. If you have a specific item in mind, feel free to ask!

Can you work with my design or logo?

Yes! I can use your design, logo, or idea to create a custom embroidery piece. If you don’t have a design yet, I can help bring your vision to life.

Is a deposit required?

For all embroidery orders over $100, a deposit of 50% is required at the time of order placement. Production will not begin until the deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion of the order before delivery or pickup.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

How long does it take to complete an order?

Can you embroider on customer-provided items?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to provide your own apparel or accessories, but I recommend contacting me first to confirm compatibility. Please note that customers providing specialty garments will need to sign a disclaimer acknowledging that I cannot guarantee their safety during the embroidery process. By choosing my services, you accept the risk of potential loss or damage due to embroidery mishaps or design malfunctions.

How do I care for embroidered items?

For best results, wash embroidered items in cold water on a gentle cycle and avoid using bleach. Air drying is recommended to maintain the quality of the design.

Do you ship orders?

Yes! I can ship your order directly to you. Shipping costs and times will vary based on your location.

Do you offer returns or exchanges Custom Embroidery?

Once the sample approval form is filled out and approved, I do not offer returns. However, if the finished product does not accurately reflect the approved sample, I may offer to exchange the garment for a replacement or an alternative product.
