HOW IT WORKS: MY DESIGN PROCESS
1. Initial Inquiry - Reach out to me with all the details about your project. The more information you provide, the better! Share examples, your design ideas, preferred wording, colors, time frames, and anything else that will help me understand your vision.
2. Quote & Deposit - I’ll contact you to go over your project and provide a personalized quote. If everything looks good, I’ll send over a contract. For orders over $100, a 50% deposit is required before I begin.
3.Proof - After receiving your signed contract and deposit, I’ll start working on your project. I’ll send you a proof to review. Just a quick reminder: your project includes 3 total proofs; any additional proofs will incur a $50 charge each.
4.Final Approval & Payment- If there are no changes, just let me know, and I’ll send over the final files along with your invoice. You’ll have 15 days from the date you receive the invoice to make your payment.

What types of design services do you offer?
I offer a wide range of design services, including but not limited to logos, branding, marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.), social media graphics, and more. If you have a design need, just ask!
How do I get started?
Simply reach out to me via the contact form, and provide as many details as you can about your project. The more information you provide, the better.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, for all projects over $100, a 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due once the project is complete and before delivery or final files are sent.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes! Your project includes 3 rounds of revisions. If you need more, each additional round will incur a $50 charge. I want to make sure you're happy with the final result!
How do I pay for my design services?
I will send you an invoice for the project. I accept payment via PayPal or credit card. For all projects over $100, a 50% deposit is required before I begin, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project. You’ll have 15 days from the date you receive the invoice to make payment.
How do I receive my final files?
Once the remaining balance is received, I will send your final files via email. Be sure to download and save them on your end for future use.
